Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

By purchasing an item on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Our Network and its subsidiaries may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these terms and conditions, as amended.

“United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED and USD will be accepted for payment

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

Flower Care

  • When your flowers arrive in closed bud form, it’s okay. They just need a trim and some water, and they’ll begin to bloom beautifully in no time!
  • Flowers always prefers to stay in temperatures between 8 to 22 degrees Celsius, and always avoid placing the flowers near direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or anywhere that has a hot temperature around it.
  • You can remove the packing and allow them to breathe & put it in a clean vase with water.
  • Change the water daily & Cut at least 2cm of the stems, remove the leaves below the waterline.
  • While we always strive to ensure that products are accurately represented in our photographs, from season to season and subject to availability, our florists may be required to substitute one or more flowers for a variety of equal or greater quality, appearance, and value. Please be confident that we will make your flower arrangement look gorgeous.

PRODUCTS

All products as shown on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available in every city of the respective country under which the product is displayed. Certain product ranges are available in selected delivery areas only and such information is given in the respective product pages. Some flower and plant products may be harmful or poisonous (lilies, in particular, can be extremely toxic to cats), if you require further information before submitting an order please contact us.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality, if the same is unavailable after order confirmation notification. In the event that we are unable to supply all  (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full no later than 1 – 2 business days after the intended delivery date or date of communication about the same, whichever is later.

A few products may not be available for same-day delivery or other special delivery services. Such information is given in the respective product pages. Although a very rare case, please note in some locations we may need an additional 24 hours for the delivery of exotic flowers, seasonal flowers, chocolates, cakes, and fruit baskets. We deliver only the finest quality of gifts/flower arrangements (branded items, wherever applicable), through our chosen partner network.

CANCELLATIONS:

The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything go wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot. We regret that you may not cancel an order once your order is shipped. You are entitled to cancel any payment where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances. In case the customers find anything wrong with the product, they can certainly complain for it. Our customer service staff will look into the matter and provide the appropriate solution to resolve the issue. If the customer cancels the order 1 day before the delivery date, he/she is entitled to get a full refund. The order can be cancelled anytime but a full refund will be entitled only if it is done 1 day before the delivery date. If a customer finds anything wrong with the quality of the product, we will verify it. In case, we find the same, the product will be replaced or the customer will be entitled a full reimbursement. Compensation will be given after discussing with Company Management.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

A Refund may be requested by the customer a day before the delivery date. However, if the order is shipped already we can refund the paid amount minus the delivery charges and wrapping cost. The amount cannot be refunded if the product is already received by the recipient.

If you have any issues regarding the quality of the product, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Our quality control team will inspect the same and process the replacement if the complaint is found to be genuine. The replacement is subject to inspection.

No complaints will be taken after 24 hours of delivery.
